After two years of back + forth and changes, you led the execution of the most magical, beautiful, enchanting weekend of our lives and we will always be thankful for that. There were a million+ details to manage at once, and the amount of loving + praising comments we got were so special. It was unreal! All of our vendors were perfect, the vision somehow came to life in a better way than I could have ever imagined, all the moments throughout the day were perfect. We had enough alone time. The execution of the flowers, the food, the signage, the cake, the curved aisle, the timing of my walk down the aisle, the transportation, just everything, was perfect. Oh my goodness. And you somehow packed everything up perfectly at the end.

I could go on forever but wanted to make sure to recognize how hard of a job you have and how forever grateful we will be. You are so good at what you do!!! We can’t say enough great things about Harlene! We had (what we thought was going to be) a simpler wedding in two locations - ceremony at a chapel and reception at my parents’ backyard. Boy were we wrong! Harlene was so helpful making sure that everything went according to plan on our big day. She was organized, on time, kind, and understanding of all of the stress that weddings especially at private homes can bring - she even went an hour + out of her way the morning of the wedding to pick up cushions that weren’t included on our rental order the day before. She’s wonderful and you will never regret hiring her!

Not enough words could describe how lucky we were to have found Harlene. From the very first conversation we had with her, she asked questions and offered suggestions that showed her genuine interest in our vision and commitment to make it possible. I hired Harlene for my June 4th wedding at Grand Island Mansion. I spoke with her for about an hour before I decided I wanted to hire her. I could tell from that initial conversation that she was organized and knew what she was doing. By the time I met with Harlene, I had already secured my vendors so, I was looking for someone to help with last minute details. Harlene attended my details appointment at my venue. She reminded me of the details I wasn’t thinking about. On the day of the wedding, Harlene made sure everything went smoothly. She decorated the tables and guest book just the way I had imagined. We opted to use a day planner for our wedding and it was the best decision. I highly recommend Harlene for event planning. We found Harlene through a wedding planner who recommended her services. Harlene allowed for unlimited correspondence before the event and an in-person meeting at the venue location to go over details. Although I found the vendors and planned the wedding, Harlene was readily available during the planning process and reminded us of things we hadn’t thought of yet. She was absolutely perfect the day of - knew the entire flow, potential issues, schedule of events, and looked out for VIP guests/wedding party. Harlene worked with me for about 3 months before our wedding. She was able to make vendor recommendations and seemed to know everyone in the industry in the Bay Area. Wedding planning is one of the most stressful things I have ever done but I had no doubts about trusting Harlene with the day of execution and it allowed me to truly enjoy my wedding day. The schedule of events for our wedding day was intense but Harlene made sure everything happened seamlessly and as scheduled. At one point I looked around and realized not only had she completed the entire day’s to-do list but she added extra touches that make our reception look so professional and polished. Harlene was available, engaged and beyond reliable. Day of coordination aside, her being there throughout the months when I had questions or needed feedback was priceless. Asking Harlene to be part of our big day was the best decision we made and we cannot thank her enough. Truly a star event planner.

Harlene was the best decision we ever made! We were indecisive and unsure of a lot of things and Harlene was patient enough to guide us along the 8 month planning process and into our full-wedding weekend at Camp Campbell. Harlene was able to move us along tasks and reminders, managed all our vendors (who by the way were great recommendations) and contracts, put together welcome bags for our guests, and ensuring that our guests had a blast. With most of our guests traveling in from around the world, we wanted to make sure that their visit would be worth the travel and time. She did just that! All our family and friends loved how engaged Harlene was. She was very organized from the beginning and was very prompt in her communication with us. Harlene understood our vision and she executed it with absolute perfection! She was able to design a full weekend schedule for our guests, allowing myself and my “now” husband some final alone time for the big day. I cannot say enough positive things about Harlene. But what I will say is that, Harlene knows what it takes to plan a wedding, when to have things booked by, when to have a tasting, great attention to detail; and a talented designer.
